Okay so I have a 1996 Honda Accord, for weeks now I've been trying to hook up my iPod to the darn thing.
I've got a Pioneer stereo, DEH-P3700MP, and I recently bought a cable for the IP-BUS port in the backside of it, the other end going into the iPod.
I grounded the grounding cable, hooked the IP-BUS port into the back of the radio where it should be, hooked up the other end to my iPod, and it didn't work.
There's another red cable/wire that I read was only if I wanted to charge my iPod, so I left it out not knowing where it should go. Could this be the culprit?
Also, my stereo manual says that all I have to do is switch it to "Aux" by hitting "Func" over and over, which I spent 45 minutes doing with no success.
So...what's going on?
