I need a proper weekly routine for my work out. I'm going to the gym to gain muscle for football. I played DT on on JV 10th grade and want to make varsity for 11th grade Junior year. Please give me a good routine for:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
I rest on Saturday and Sunday
Max. bench is 150lbs. ( i know that's week and need to get that up)
Max. leg press 705lbs.
Please answer the following:
Can you tell me what to get these to and what others machine/weights should be. Such as squat (which i'm bad at)
I aslo need a diet routine as well where it will allow me to gain muscle and lose weight.
What should my weight be with desired muscle mass (such as benching)
