Well for me
1. I wake up at 7:00am and I jog and walk for about 1.5 hours.
2 Then I go to work (11am-5pm)
3. After that I play tennis with my boyfriend for like 40-60 mins.
Then after that I go to the Gym and work out for as long as I could go.
and that's basically it
Lol..I'm like so obsessed with exercise, but it's becuz my dad has been a Gym manager for most of my life.
So whats yours?
oh and I also do about 1,000 sit ups and 1,000 ab crunches and stuff like that.
