Question about the Xbox 360 Arcade console?

My Xbox just broke, and since I'm out of the warranty, I'm going to look to buy a new one. I'm either going to buy the Arcade or the Pro. According the the Xbox website, there is a difference in the AV cable ports. I have a question, is there a noticable visualy quality difference between the Arcade and Pro systems? If I bought the Pro, I would just sell off the hard drive on ebay, as I already have a hard drive. It seems like the hard drive would sell for around 60, so it's pretty much $200 for the Arcade, or $240 for the Pro. Is the visual quality difference worth $40?? I play on an HD TV.
 
you can use your old video cable on the new 360 or you can upgrade your video cable to an HDMI cable.
