Here's the start of my joke:


While on a house-hunting appointment searching for a new home, what did the snobbish woman remark as her realtor began to show her a gorgeous home that had every amenity one could ask for, along with a decent price -- but one slight drawback -- it was right next door to an ancient graveyard. ????

The snooty woman exclaimed: _________________________________ !!
 
I'll buy this house, but the neighbors had better keep the wailing down!!
 
I would not be able to dig these new neighbors of mine. They are certainly below my social standing.
 
its DEAD round here isnt it, does any BODY live next door, yes its very quiet make no BONES about that, theres not a SOUL in sight, i`ll bet people are DIE-ING to get in there, is there a pollution problem because there are a lot of people COFFIN.
