Smartphone only plays the sound in video clips, no video...HELP!?!?

I just recently go an ATT Tilt and absolutely love the thing. The only problem is when I go to play an MP4 video file, I only get the audio, no video. I have tried changing the extension to .3gp but that doesn't fix the problem, the same thing happens. Is there a way to fix this?

i got one too.
mine plays everything maybe its a glitch?
id call 611 and ask them
if they cant help id take it an at&t store.

maybe its a diff kind of mp4, if u format a movie for an ipod, it will work, stick that samefile into your phone, audio only, no video..
