Thats a tricky one, but i would say yes IF he has better & bigger targets to throw to... He has a pretty good pocket Presence but seems to be inconsistent usually around the 2nd & 3rd qtrs... But AGAIN he is a decent QB thats still settling into his own as a Mainstream QB...(put him with Dallas for instance, i believe he'll be a better fit there than Romo) OR My Titans sure can use someone like him... lol
