Ok im awarding best answer.

My touch pro just broke...and sprint is sending me a new one free under insurance.

Will i get in trouble if i get the phone and not activate it. or if i sell it. (im going to return the other one)
Im just gunna purchase a samsung moment over craigslist. and activate it.
