As part of a fitness program I am avoiding eating anything with sugar and preservatives and I've been craving sweets for hours, its my 2nd day.
I know I can eat fruit, but I want something to drink, I ain't sure if juice is the right option as they can be as bad as fizzy drinks with sugar. I don't fancy making my own as I don't have the require equipment at home.
Any suggestions?
Also caffeine alternatives for energy? I use to suck on Monster in the mornings or a coffee or 2, but can't now
