Teenagers in my neighborhood keep screaming the N WORD as car pass.... what to do?

My neighborhood is mostly senior citizen, retired , caucasian people. Recently I've noticed these two teenage boys who are also caucasian, scream the N WORD as car pass by them on a small two way street. They have once yelled it at my car as I drove pass them. I have also seen them on 4 more occasions, always walking and yelling it. They are scream N word N word N word N word repeatedly. Can anything be done? It doesn't matter what race is driving or in the car. They still scream it.
 
As the above posters mentioned, you can call the police and complain that they are being a nuisance. It is also possible they may suffer from a condition such as Tourette's or just not mentally stable.
