Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

IT is feeling a little better these days, oddly it tightens again when i get DOMS which is so annoying!

shoulder mobility is really annoying at the min, need to use a sponge on a stick to wash me back now1
 
Grrrrrrrrrrrr the press. "Why could anyone want a firearm? Why should we let anyone have a firearm? Why weren't the police there quicker? We need to know everything right now!" Aye, firearms plods are going to get from the other side of Durham to Horden in less than 20 minutes
 
still have time to go to the gym though, but need to wait until the washing machine finishes using up all of the water so i can shower
 
Grrrrrrrrrrr at MA clubs that decide to change when they start back after the break without telling everyone. Waste of time, effort and money.

What have they done to crossfit? It's turned into a massive 'who can do the stupidest thing the fastest' competition, or possibly a game of kindergarten dares. It seems like every other day I am asked to run 800m with a loaded barbell or 30 reps of clean and jerk or some other silly nonsense. Well nuts to them, I'm not playing any more.

Cross fit football is pretty awesome apparently

I've only ever seen one CF WOD and thought 'hey I'd like to have a bash of that' most of the time I just sigh and go back to my squat stands. (share a unit with cross fitters)
 
I seem to remember a time when it wasn't like that- you used to have ordinary, decent but hard workouts like '3 rounds run 400m, 10 pullups, 10 handstand pushups, 10 squats for time', but looking back at it maybe even those weren't all that sensible. Still, either way, I've had enough and I'm going. Maybe the rest of the unwashed, non-elite masses should start voting with their feet as well. It was being asked to run 800m with a loaded barbell that did it.
 
^that does sound pretty insane. It was adding barbell to circuits that got me interested in Crossfit, and from there to more sensible barbell weight training.

Grrrr. Judo started last night but I only heard on the day while at work and didn't have my gi with me. They'd said it would be next Tuesday
 
currently trying to survive my mobility workout. my toes seized up while i was doing squats.

goddamn my lower leg soft tissue is screwed up...
 
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!

having to postpone the last (and most important) part of my mobility routine because i have half-digested chocolate milk in my stomach, but reduced blood supply, and it's making nauseus. this annoys me.
 
actually no, i started them around 2:30 and failed via digestive snafu at around 3:30. the rest was just me complaining about it
