I joined a fighting gym 2 weeks ago how long will it take to see results of weight loss we work every day monday till friday sometimes 2 hours a day.. What to do wh when I get hungary and cravings of chips and bad foods.. Is eating white bread bad? how to eat right what not to eat.. need to lose lower abdominal fat and neck fat im skinny but those 2 areas are noticable fattening but not like super fat , any help
 
yes, white bread is bad.as it takes more times to digest.

you should run daily in the morning.it is the best exercise to burn fat.
and just avoid the junk foods.
