torrent on utorrent stops downloading??, 10 points best answer :)?

when I upload a torrent to utorrent to download it starts to download but it stops downloading shortly

example.... windows 7 upgrade downloading 37%.... then as the number gets higher it gets stuck randomly and stops downloading anymore from that point

pleasssee help & thx :)
please tell me why this happens, and possible fixtures
