Trying to think of a good idea and plot for a fantasy novels..?

I want something that's a good adventure type story, like the movie Stardust.
I know what I don't want
-Vampires
-Werewolves
-Anything girly (Unicorns, fairies, princesses etc...)
I was also thinking of maybe doing something about angels.
All ideas are welcome!
(If you pick something I don't want, it's gotta be good. Thanks!)
