Vizio blueray player turns the TV screen green when the movie plays. How do I fix it?

On the main menu the tv is normal and the options can be seen clearly. When I put a movie into the player the screen turns green and that's all you can see. You can still hear the movie but you can't see it.

Blue Ray green screen

I just had the same thing happen and Vizio technical support was a joke. I have the Vizio Blue Ray and bought it last week. We'll now be returning it.

You have to unplug and replug it in for a hard reboot. It will work again, but who knows for how long. I don't want something with an issue like this! Good luck to you!
