What are some good places for a day trip in Arizona?

What are some places that are good to visit in February that don't have snow? I will be staying overnight.

Well I went to Arizona last year at the end of February and my boyfriend and I went to the PHX zoo. It's a fantastic zoo, lots of things to see. It's also one of the top 5 zoos for kids if you have any, I think it's a top 5 regardless, haha..
We then went to the Hardrock Cafe in downtown PHX. Also a good time.

We spent some time out side by apache junction too..

I am from chicago, and thought it was just gorgeous there..
Lots of sight seeing to do!
