i have bright blue eyes with long eyelashes (jeez i sound very conceited!! sorry!). I've heard that using the opposite color of your eyes (in this case brown-ish or copper) makes them pop. but i've also heard that using a darker color blue could make my blue eyes pop. any suggestions for the right color eyeliner and/or mascara?? thanks
