what DVD player plays MP3 discs w/o taking half a century in between tracks

AND is/can be region free? aside from the basic functions of watching movies and listening to CDs, I'd like whatever DVD player I buy next to play MP3 discs w/o taking more than half a second to load the upcoming track when the current one is finished...and I kinda need it to be region free, since one of my all time favorite movies is currently not available (legally) in the U.S. and probably won't be for quite awhile...
