What Firmware is needed to play SD Gundam G Generation World on PSP?

I downloaded the ISO file but the game would not start. Am currently on 5.50 GEN-D3 but whenever i start the game this message would appear
"The game could not be started (80020148)"
Help!!!1! I waited 8hours for the download!!111
