What happens when MMA people use their powers for bad?

There is this kid in California, well he's 10 if you train out here you probably heard of him. I forget his first name but his last name is Silva, he's super good. He's Bi-Racial, has like green eyes and curly hair. Anyways yeah he like wins everything he's in. Well he goes to my little cousins elementary and he uses his powers for bad. He thinks he's doing good by defending people but he takes it too far. What can I do?
