What is a good fitness routine for a teenage girl?

So I'm pretty small, I'm 17 5'4 and weight 95 lbs. But I smoke, and am very out of shape. I just feel unhealthy. I am working on quiting smoking, I've slowed down from a pack a day to about half a pack a day. I'm so busy that I find it hard to find time to workout. I want to have killer abs, and I would like to have bigger calves. Other then that I just want to start to feel healthy again. My main problem is sticking to a routine that I will actually commit to everyday! Help pleasee!!
 
Squeeze in doing sit ups whenever you can for awesome abs!
 
Take up some sports and yoga or something of the sort. Otherwise, to get 'killer abs' your gonna have to lose about everybit of fat on your belly and work with weights and various exercises.
 
30 mins of some sort of good exercise a day like treadmill. elliptical, ect... You can also add the P90x Ab extreme in there and do it every other day for your exercise of the day (its 15 mins and you feel and see results fast). Drink plenty of water, eat lean meats, fish, low fat dairy, and plenty of veggies and you will feel stellar! Congrats of decreasing your smoking keep that up and you will feel like a million bucks when you quit and you can take a fresh beep clean breath of air! plus you will smell better!

Edit: let me also add that you shouldnt loose any more pounds at that weight just work on building muscle and feeling good!
