What is the exact size, so that the PS2 dvd template comes out the right size when

printed on the paper? I've use CoverXP and other dvd/cd case maker to print out the "God of War" retail cover but it never comes out the right size. I've also used 'HP Photosmart Essential' but still no luck. Please help me with this dilemma,
I down to my last drop of ink.
