when you take a wheel of a car what is it that you use, its like a machine that takes of the screws it has...
 
The thing in the picture is a car lift. You use an impact wrench to take the lug nuts off to remove the wheel.
 
The one pictured is a four post lift. It is used for working under a car, however, you cannot remove the wheels when a car is on a lift like this. The wheels are still on a flat surface, holding the vehicle up.

To remove the wheels, you need a lift like this http://img.alibaba.com/photo/11223731/Car_Lift.jpg which is a two post lift, or like this http://images02.olx.co.id/ui/1/98/35/4309335_1.jpg , a single post lift.
 
it is also called an auto hoist. the tool you take the wheel nuts off with is an air gun.
 
A lift will pick up your stuff,jack will lift up your wheels, an impact / or a tire iron will remove the nuts, but none of that will stop the crazy questions on Yahoo answers
