what what i ate healthy? Please answer, i really need help! EASY 10 points too?

breakfast: 1 mini bagel
1 yogurt-yo-plus
1/2cup grapes red
tea brewed

lunch: 6 teriyaki dippers with the sauce
1 cup rice
1/2 mini bagel with some pb

snack: 1 cup rice with 3/4 cup salmon
4 pineapple slices
keebler toppers crackers-10
4 oz orange juice

Dinner: i havent decided yet but hows this?
a tomato basil wrap that has bell pepper, chicken, garden veggie spread, bok choy, ummmm idk anything i should add?
I need calcium and im slightly anemic.
Also im going to run 1 mile and do a dance video.

im 146 pounds and 5'6"
i dont want my bmi, but will i gain weight from this? should i change add/take anything out? thanks!

That's really good! :) You'll lose from this. Except maybe an alternative for the lunch would be to cut out the teryaki dippers and get two more mini bagels (so 2 1/2) and put your favorite cheese with some bacon bits or some pepperoni and some red sauce like a pizza.
(that way you get some calcium in)

you need to change your snacks to light snacks with more fibre like slices of carrots and cucumber and water that will make the difference and your weight will get shaped more and mainly your abs and around your waist will be toned and firmed just try this method for three days and you will notice the difference and that will happen even if you didn't exercise one minute best of luck and enjoy your time
