What would be a good routine to get a good body after loosing weight?

As the question says, I've lost weight (from 193 - 165 lb, 19 years old, male, 1.75 m) and I'm getting in shape but it isn't enough yet. I'd like to get a good body and a flat stomach. I need a routine to be made at home 'cos I can't go to a gym and I don't have any equipment. Are push-ups and crunches enough to get in shape? How many do I need to do in order to get it? How long will it take with the routine you're describing? Thank you
