i mainly do situps for a 1hr combined with a ab lounger then i do a upper body work out for 20mins each day then i got fuckked by buying alli diet pill cause the pill just makes ur body not adsorb fat it doesnt give u less of a apptiate so i got fuckkked on that 1 lol i justed wanted a pill so i didnt eat lots of food like i do, im 5ft7 165 lbs i want 2 be 170 of pure muscle once i lose my stomACH IN 3MONTHS I START WORKING A ALL AROUND GAME BUT I WANT MY STOMACH GONE FIRST
