Whats the best program for burning PC games (DVD & CD)?

I am looking for a program so i can burn backups for my PC games but i cant find one that will burn the new PC games which are mounted on DVD's and crack the copy write so i am actually able to burn it.

I dont care if i have to pay for it or if its free

Any help would be good!
