When is Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, Season 3 going to hit DVD?

Okay, I've been waiting patiently for a long time now, but the last date I've heard for the release of Foster's season 3 is six months past. Does anyone know of an updated release schedule for this and any other seasons? I know they've released the third season in region 3, but the US and Canada is region 1. Anyone know anything?
