of time or equipment? I'm 24 years old (6'1 211 lbs) and I'm looking for a workout program that will fit my busy schedule. Ideally I'm looking for something that has some of the following elements:
- No gym memberships or special equipment required.
- Gradual progression (I get discouraged if a routine is too intensive early on).
- Emphasis on cardio and weight loss. Muscle toning would be a great bonus too.
- Short routine completion time (ideally something that takes less than 30 minutes a day).
- Versatility (I'd like to be able to do this anywhere and not have to be tied to a specific place).
- Cost - I don't want to spend a lot of money.
Any/all advice welcome.
