where can i find FREE dvd burning software that makes use of nvidia's cuda

technology? does anyone know where i can download FREE dvd burning software that supports nvidia's cuda acceleration for transcoding, and multicore processors. I would prefer that it also supports vista media center recorded tv format(*.dvr-ms) and dvd menus
