which car to choose? 07 Subaru Legacy limited GT or 06 Honda Accord v6 Navi ?

Hi i have a dilemma I am not sure which car to choose. After 6 months of research and financial consideration, I have narrowed it down to 2 specific cars the 07 Subaru Legacy Limited with 20k miles for $19500 or the Ex v6 accord navi with 41k miles for $17900, I am currently driving a 0 mercedes benz e class and my lease is expiring next month any advise is appreciated.

Subaru is a far superior machine. and $2400 more to get 21k less miles is a good buy
