ummmmmm. Go as a young version of John Howard. I would say go as John Howard but he has white hair. Maybe his hair was dark when he was young?

Well, you could go as Edward from Twilight, or Ryan Schekler if you want to be the popular guy with the girls... but if you want to have fun with it, it doesn't really matter what your skin or hair color is..

be funny and get/make a shirt that says "I'm Chris Brown" and walk around making a fist at everyone...

or find a uni-tard swimsuit and go for a classic with Borat... just depends on your imagination
