ummmmmm. Go as a young version of John Howard. I would say go as John Howard but he has white hair. Maybe his hair was dark when he was young?

Just go as John Howard. Or maybe Peter Parker. Or maybe Chad Michael Murray. He's hot. But he doesn't have dark hair. Hmm. Zac Efron? Nah- light hair.

Orlando Bloom would be good.
Johnny Depp maybe.

You could go as Sonny Bill Williams or Brett Stewert.

Well, you could go as Edward from Twilight, or Ryan Schekler if you want to be the popular guy with the girls... but if you want to have fun with it, it doesn't really matter what your skin or hair color is..

be funny and get/make a shirt that says "I'm Chris Brown" and walk around making a fist at everyone...

or find a uni-tard swimsuit and go for a classic with Borat... just depends on your imagination
