While making and playind video using dvd maker, windows 7 shuts down. How to fix ?

Whenever i play video after making it using windows dvd maker. Computer shuts down. I have 1 gb ram, dual core processor 3 ghz.
 
Your 1 gig of ram is a big red flag. This is the minimum recommended by Microsoft. Burning DVDs is a pretty big task when your OS is occupying a large percentage of your ram.

Otherwise, check your windows updates, scan for viruses and other malware that may be taxing your resources. And close down after burning, play the DVD after a re-start.
 
this is a problem specific to the program , and sound like a video card or ram issue caused by rendering or trying to overclock a card that just doesnt want to.. the hardware should do it .. this sound like a fault happening which isn't normal .. try raising your priority for the program you are using in task manager
