new one and cannot even see it.? We play DVD movies and some of them are brand new and so dark we cannot see them. Could someone help me? Cannot figure out how to make the picture brighter.
WE are having the same problem on a brand new tv.. tried the brightness, contrast, everything and the movies start out ok, then get darker as they play. By the end of the movie, you can not make out faces, etc. Did you ever get an answer back concerning your problem?
