Why do American women say bad things so much about women from Russia ?

I am not American, but Indian working in America in a pharmaceutical firm. There are other foreigners too. For some reason though, the American women at my work constantly say bad things about women from Russia and Ukraine. I don't know, at first, I thought cold war related, but these women are too young(early to mid 20s) to remember. Either way, they say "those Russian women are after a man's money and looking for a catch" or "they are hoes wanting an easy life" I talked to the Russian women in the office many times, and they are beautiful but they had good attitudes so why are the American women filled with so much hate ?? I did notice most of the American women saying bad things were White, fatty in weight, but even the the skinny ones too were also saying bad things.
