why does my motorola S9 bluetooth stereo headphones have a steady blue light while

on the charger? i just bought a motorola Bluetooth Stereo Actie Headphones set and i am trying to charge it but when i do it goes from a stedy red light to a stedy blue light and i don't know when it is fully charged. i read that it would display a stedy green light when fully charged after about two hours. and that there would be a stedy yellow light when it was about 50% charged. currently i have had it plugged in for three hours and its still a blue light, which, according to the manual means that the device is in "pairing mode"....
