Why does my Xbox 360 say "Secure HDCP Link Not Found" when I try to play a DVD?

Why does my Xbox 360 say "Secure HDCP Link Not Found" when I try to play a DVD?

It is connected to my TV via HDMI cable.
It just stays on my TV. I've tried it with two TV's, one an Emerson, the other a Samsung, both had the same problem.
