I am 16 now and ever since I was 14 and a freshman in high school I've grown a half-inch! My friends on the other hand grew way past me! I was average/slightly tall in middle school and now I am short at 5'7. Not "crazy" short but still short. I was wondering if I did anything to stunt my growth because I think that I grew a half-inch freshman year and from 15-16 I didn't grow at all. I thought boys grew until they were like 18 or older? I had lunch 8th period (last period) freshman year but I would just do homework and just wait to eat until I got home. So do you think I ate enough? I also excercised and got about 7 hours of sleep a day. Also a little more that may help you answer was I got my growth spurt when I was 12, I grew 4 inches, and from 13 to 14 I grew and inch. So if that helps.
