If its a upgraded stock car stereo, its most likely the stock amps that come with the radio, if those are out, its best to just upgrade the stereo. if its a aftermarket system, and your midrange speakers are amped, it could be the wiring, or it could be the speaker, a good way to test the speaker is by getting a 9 volt battery and touching it for a slight moment to the speaker and if you see it move out or in it works.

Working...? There are no sound from the other four mid speakers, twitter... basically the whole think does not work...
there is only the bass is working... the lights of the amplifiers are on...
the players are running well... just the speakers are not working...
does it mean that the amplifier's problem or there is some thing to do with the wiring?
PS: sometimes there is also some poping sound when i switch it on...

The tweeters could have blown or you could have a feedback in the tweeters and the amp is causing a electrical overload in the system.
It is very likely the case here is you pushed too much power through the speakers from the amp say for instance you have a 500W amp and 4 100W speakers and you push all 500W to the 4 speakers, well you pushed an additional 25W to each speaker and you overloaded the system. Math is very important here because you can create a force of amps that will destroy your speakers. If you crank it up loud you force more amps through the system and you can fundamentally blow all your speakers easily.

I detonated one too many 12 inch Pioneer speakers and one too many 10 Inch Sony X-Plode speakers.
