Why won't my new Kogan 'region free' DVD player play any region but #4? How do I

unlock it? I have just purchased the Kogan Wi-Fi Blu-ray Player with BD Live - Full HD 1080P ( http://www.kogan.com.au/shop/kogan-blu-ray-player-wifi-bdlive-full-hd-1080p/ ), pleased that it was region free.

But it spits out any discs that aren't region 4. These aren't blu-ray discs, but regular 'ol dvd's.
I have been scouring the internet to figure out what simple code I need but can't find it to save my life.

Help!!! Please!

kogan tv dvd issues

hi, did you manage to fix that problem with the dvd, i have just bought a kogan tv with built in dvd player and it just spits out every dvd i have?

any help is much appreciated.
