Why won't my ps3 Bluetooth charge all the way or connect?

you have to give details , what have you tried , how is it connected , is it the official ps3 headset etc.

if it's the sony ps3 headset remove the cover on the top of it , plug your charge cable directly to it instead of the charge base to synch it just like the controller
go to accessory settings > audio device settings to set up the headset and test it
if the charge base isn't working blow an dust out of it and try again or just plug into the headset to charge it
let it charge about 3 hours the first time , then don't recharge until it's beeping to tell you it needs charging
unplug it when full , overcharged or undercharged batteries wear fast and eventually won't fully charge anymore
you can charge the official ps3 headset using the ps3 or any usb charger if using the charge base , but should use the ps3 only if plugged directly to the headset or it might not resynch to the ps3
for other brands set your headset to pairing mode to connect to the ps3
