Will I be charged for the calls I made in the Bahamas on my ATT cell phone?

While in the Bahamas I received service on my ATT phone under the "Bahamas Telephone Company", so I used my cellphone to make a few calls. All the calls were to people with ATT and the same area code as me. Will I be charged for International calls?
