Xbox 360. Final Fantasy XI. Play Online Viewer.?

I have recently wanted to start playing final fantasy xi for the xbox 360.
I have installed onto the hardrive, however when I try and play it, it comes up with an error message, saying 'the game could not start. please download game again', i have contacted xbox support, and they had no useful advice, or suggestions. Help?

There might be a fault with the game. I doubt there is anything wrong with the xbox. Try and reload it on, then turn the xbox on and then off. Hopefully it should work
