I'd also say that if you're playing well enough you could write off to the many golf sponsors, request sponsorship and show them how good you are. Golf sponsors know where to put up their own advertising to make sales so it's likely they'll also know of other avenues into playing on the PGA Tour, starting with the Pro Ams I believe.
um good luck. you have no idea how good the guys on the pga tour are. they play harder golf courses than you and shoot better scores under tournament pressure. not to mention the fact that it costs thousands of dollars a week just to try to play on the pga tour. i know a guy who played on the tour for a while and he told me you would be amazed by how much it costs. and you cant just one day go tryout for the pga tour just like you cant one day go tryout for the dallas cowboys and play football.
