...bloated. it was all healthy food? not fried or anything but yesterday morning i was 46 kilos now i am 51 kilos. did i put 5 kilo on in one day? by the way my tummy muscles hurt like i ve done 200 sit ups yesterday! why my tummy/belly muscles are hurting now?
it was not fried food i ve eaten but high fibre and loads of carbs. my tummy is huge at the moment! like a big bando drum
did i put 5 kilos on in one day? :~(( why my tummy is still big even though i did not eat much today?
