haha so me and my friends at volleyball the one time could not stop laughing and someone just comes up and was like ya know laughing builds ab muscles. and so we want to know if that is truee cuz we don't believe iit.
I mean, once, if we, by weight lifting and by other means, grow big biceps, then, is it possible that it may degenerate on its own, if we leave exercising. . . . ??
Guys everywhere are obsessed with musculature, the UFC, P90x, and gaining weight. Should it be the opposite? Muscles are EXTREMELY impractical for this day and age, and for someone to work SO HARD for results that are so hard to gain, maintain, and brutally easy to lose... it's kind of pathetic...

well i wanted to know if swimming is a good sport for getting nice abs, i know it works out all the muscles in the body but does it mark your muscles? well the general question is if it marks your abs, thanks a lot! cheers!

Ok, so I was just stretching like I normally do doing the splits and I think somehow I pushed myself a bit too much!! But anyway I would love to know how to sooth the muscles in my groin as the pain is rather sore. Also, how long will it take to recover before I start doing the splits again?? Thanks
