I have all the dvd's of P90X, but I'm unaware of how to use them. For instance, do I follow one dvd per day or one part of one dvd per day or what? I do not have any of the manuals so I will have to guess on the nutrition and exercise schedule. Can anybody help? please

ok do about a week ago I found the set of workouts from the program P90X. I researched it and decided to try it. Well i found the exact calendar online and printed it off. But I cant seem to find detailed guidelines for the nutrition plan w/o coasting a ton.
The P90X regimen sounds more appropriate than the classic for my needs. As I understand, the lean, classic, and doubles are all on the same DVDs, but it tells you to do different workouts according to which program you are following. Is this correct, or is it a separate DVD?
but i want to be able to increase my pull ups(zero) or chin ups (one) and ive heard that the only way to increase pull ups is practicing them a lot like 5 days a week and p90x only does them 2 times a week, ive heard of the armstrong pull up program from my OSO but i dont know if its too much...
