I eat healthy but i don't follow the p90x nutrition plan. An example of what i would eat is:
Eggs and greek yogurt for breakfast
Turkey sandwich (whole wheat bun), yogurt, and a protein bar for lunch
and a lighter, chicken and vegetable meal for dinner.

I'm a 15 year old guy and I'm on day 8 of p90x. The hardest part of exercising for me is eating healthy. I don't have the right food or the patience to make any of the food in the nutrition guide. Can someone please give me an idea/example of a meal plan for me? That includes, breakfast, snack...
I have all the p90x dvds and equipment and everything but will it still work without the nutrition plan? Even if i dont follow it but still eat healthy, fruit vegtables,chicken, healthy food will i still get just as good results?
