I'm the head of our school's dance team next year, and i'm having trouble thinking of a song or two we could dance to. I'm generally looking for a song that isn't exactly a popular top40 hit. I don't want it to be a song the girls hear everyday already, so they don't get sick of it too easily...
won't be able to weigh myself? My vacation with my family is scheduled in a few months. I KNOW it's too early to think about it but I'm dreading it.
I won't know how many calories are in the food, I won't be able to weigh myself and I won't be able to exercise like I usually do. I'm worried...
I just want to know if anyone knows a strict diet with common and affordable foods i can eat and a full 1 hour workout routine that will give me a flat lower stomach, small inner thighs and reduce the fat under my upper arms. (I do have a gym membership)
This is the routine im going to be following:
Run a mile after i wake up (i did it this morning in about 9 minutes)
at night: 50 pushups/25 situps in one go.
and do that every WEEKDAY and rest on the weekend.
Will this help get me into shape?

Why only 6 month? exercising is like bushing your teeth or showering it doesn't last thats why you have to do it everyday of your life. If you got in shape then stopped you would become out of shape. If i stopped lifting weights i would lose muscle since your body isnt under that stress anymore...
